Magellan Jets has been a friend of the Heath Evans Foundation for years — ever since Heath was with the Patriots and decided to put all he has into eradicating the quiet epidemic of childhood sexual abuse. While Heath is now with the Saints in New Orleans, his passion has not changed, and neither has the support of Magellan Jets.
The Heath Evans Foundation provides free counseling to victims of childhood sexual abuse and their families, and they also strategically work to raise the level of awareness about the problem. Your gift, whether large or small, one-time or monthly, will be used to provide free counseling or to underwrite our effort to raise awareness. Heath and Beth Ann’s goal is to give sacrificially in such a way that their gifts pay for the general expenses of the foundation so that donor dollars go directly to accomplishing our mission of fostering hope and healing in the lives of victims of childhood sexual abuse.
So far, the foundation has provided counseling for more than 100 victims and families. They are in the process of launching imavictim.com to provide an anonymous platform for victims to see the stories of others and share their own experience — thus opening up the wounds to allow healing into lives. They have also executed thousands of free media “hits” focusing on the foundation’s work.
