Rare Bugatti Atlantic to be shown at Pebble Beach

A 1936 Bugatti Atlantic, one of three ever sold, will be shown at the heralded Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, starting August 15th. This specific vehicle has gone through very few owners in its lifespan and was at one point almost completely destroyed when it was struck by a train in the French countryside in 1955. The noted Paul Russell and Company has brilliantly restored it to its 1955 configuration. The owner will be sharing his treasure with the world in just a few weeks. Paul Russell and Company are bringing a special addition to the auctions at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance: this pristine 1957 Mercedes 300 SL Roadster. Originally restored by Rudi Koniczek of Rudi & Co., Victoria, B.C., Canada in 2003, Paul Russell and Company have been maintaining it as new since. They are currently listing it for $625,000 and demand at the storied auctions of the Concours d’Elegance should be high.
