Magellan Jets Voyager gift cards (“gift cards”) cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized claim number, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift cards, cannot be resold, cannot be combined with any other gift cards, credits, or discounts, and are not refundable. One gift card may be used per trip.

Any purchase less than the value of a gift certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the Voyager gift card holder (“holder”) for use in a future transaction. Unused balance may not be redeemed for cash.

Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift card requires prepayment in full of the remaining balance at least 24 hours prior to aircraft departure. A Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card must be provided for incidentals (aircraft cleaning, catering, flight phone use, etc) billed upon completion of the flight.

We reserve the right to change the gift card terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. Gift card terms and conditions are subject to applicable Massachusetts and Federal laws and regulations. Flights reserved are subject to the Magellan Jets charter agreement.

Holders are guaranteed aircraft availability with at least 24 hours’ notice, excepting peak travel days (Peak Travel Days include the following: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter Sunday, Passover, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Super Bowl. The term “Peak Travel Days” includes the day noted, as well as the four days prior and two days after.)

All one way and international charter reservations are non-cancelable and nonrefundable and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee at time of booking. Holders will not be charged for domestic flights cancelled more than (7) calendar days prior to departure, except for those expenses or cancellation fees specifically incurred by Magellan Jets in preparation for such flights, or except for those instances when an advance deposit is required and holder has been informed of the cancellation fee.

Holder acknowledges that Magellan Jets is acting solely as a broker and is not a carrier. Holder acknowledges that Magellan Jets does not operate flights or provide the other services that holder authorizes Magellan Jets to book on holder’s behalf. This flight has been arranged by Magellan Jets as an agent of the holder utilizing a Magellan Jets approved FAA certified Part 135 air carrier.
