Description:
The Sales Associate will work directly with the senior members of the sales team. They will work together to increase the client book and revenues, as well as sourcing aircraft for flight requests. The ability to build strong customer relationships by phone and in person by focusing on the customer's private travel needs is very important.
A successful candidate will be expected to establish long term client retention by being an expert private aviation consultant offering complete flight portfolio management to both individuals and corporations.
The Sales Associate will be required to handle the complete sales cycle of a private flight starting with the initial opportunity, qualification, needs analysis process, quoting, fulfillment, in addition to the client services aspect of the flight.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with the sales force to develop RFQ responses (request for quotes)
- Following up with customers regarding options provided.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure revenue goals are met and recognized accurately.
Desired Prior Experience:
- Prior industry and/or sales experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
