Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify, nurture, and close new business relationships 
  • Engage and grow existing client relationships 
  • Develop detailed and on-going understanding of aviation, the marketplace and associated solutions
  • Present tailored solutions in a highly consultative manner 
  • Achieve/exceed stated revenue goals
  • Optimize use of sales development tools
  • Maintain and continually grow an ever-evolving pipeline of activity 
  • Attend industry events 
  • Represent Magellan Jets with honesty and integrity at all times 

 

 Successful candidates will posses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Hunter approach to sales 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling high value services and/or solutions 
  • Proven/quantifiable track record for meeting and exceeding revenue goals 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with C-level decision makers 
  • Ability to excel in fast paced, dynamic environments 
  • Successful developing and managing cross-departmental relationships 
  • Expert active-listening skills 
  • Experience with public speaking 
  • Ability to identify, educate, and close sphere of influence decision makers in corporate environments
  • Disciplined approach to time management 
  • You view every call as an opportunity 

Formal sales training (Dale Carnegie, Sandler, or equivalent), working knowledge of profit/loss models,Salesforce.com experience, and prior experience in aviation is a plus but not required
